This property has a large pool and a jacuzzi. Nicely updated on the inside. Large kitchen, We’re big on keeping the common area clean aka dishes lol. If you’re looking for a comfortable and chill spot let me know. Need to know you have a steady income. Will need your Deposit(matching rent), 1st months rent, and sign a lease.

Room available: 1 unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom currently available for $1,100 per month. First months rent, deposit, and lease needs to be signed before moving in. This has a personal AC unit for the room as well.

Amenities: - All utilities included, Pool, Full Gym, High speed internet, Netflix & prime, and full use to the house.

Very laid back atmosphere with good vibes. No drama, just a chill place where everyone gets along and is constantly working/at school.
