I am looking for a roommate for the house I’m renting. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in the Germantown/Schnitzelburg area. The lease begins October 1st. The rent is $725 per person plus utilities split evenly. The house is mostly furnished so you’d only need to furnish your own room.

A little about me: I’m a 26 year old female, working full time. Looking for a female roommate, similar age. I love the outdoors, and spend a lot of time outside when I can. Not a party animal, but love a good girls night in. Im slightly introverted and do love some good alone time.
