Humble Abode YELLOW is beautifully done with shabby chic white furniture in a completely renovated home. Shared hall bath with the other renter. Bathroom has double sinks with separate vanity cabinet and drawer storage. You also have your own set of towels that no one else will be using. The living room is just off the bedrooms for your enjoyment which includes a 55 inch TV. Parking in the driveway or street front. All inclusive for $700.00 per month. Your room includes 2 closets, black-out curtains and blinds, Queen pillow top bed with all linens and pillows, a large dresser, 2 night stands with 3 drawers each, 3 lamps, over sized comfy chair, desk with chair, TV with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc), Xfinity high speed internet, security system, keyed door lock to your room, separate refrigerator, separate food storage cabinet… so much provided! Laundry room with front loaders. Beautiful kitchen with anything you could need! We are 2 females that live here with our 2 little dogs. The dogs are not allowed upstairs where these bedrooms are. I am working in Austin so I’m rarely home. My mother lives here, she’s downstairs. Ms. Carol is retired and always around to help. Everyone absolutely adores her. You’ll share a bathroom with another female renter. She is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet and she doesn’t linger in the bathroom. You’ll have your own sink, drawers, cabinet and TP holder - also a complete set of luxurious towels. This home is perfectly set up for you!
