A three bedroom and two bathroom home in highly desirable northeast Clovis area. Shared bathroom with only one other housemate. Place will have only 3 people (this includes me) living here.

Easy access to Freeway 168. Great for medical students or traveling professionals. Clovis community, CHSU, and Kaiser are only one freeway exit and about 3 miles from the property. CHSU is about 2 miles away. Fresno State is about a 8-10 minute drive.

RENT: $850 for a 6-month lease or $875 for month-to-month.

BEDROOM 1:
Has a queen-sized mattress with a captain’s cabin bed that has storage spaces under the bed. Has a ceiling fan. Desk and chair are provided. Has a regular-sized closet.

BEDROOM 2: Has a new queen-sized mattress and platform bed frame. Has a ceiling fan. Desk and chair provided. Has a WALK-IN closet with tall dresser.

Initial payment prior to moving: *$850 refundable security deposit, *$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
