Three bedroom and two bathroom home in highly desirable Clovis neighborhood. Has walking/jogging trail around the neighborhood. Great for short-term renters who do not want to sign a year-long lease. Great for traveling professionals who work in these hospitals (Clovis community, CHSU, and Kaiser) as they are only one freeway exit and about 3 miles from the property. CHSU is about 2 miles away and you can practically ride your bike to CHSU. St. Agnes is also close to the property.

You will have full access to common areas (kitchen, living room, and laundry area).

BEDROOM 1: Rent is $825 per month. It is a regular-sized room with a queen-sized captain’s bed. You will have your own bathroom unless I’m coming in town. It is next to bedroom 2. It has a queen-sized mattress. The room includes a desk.
