Room is available for an individual who values a peaceful, quiet, and clean living environment in an owner-occupied house. I have a small lovebird who lives in the common area so I prefer a housemate without pets.

ONE ROOM AVAILABLE. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Shared bathroom with only one other housemate. Place will have only 3 people (this includes me) living here. RENT: $825 for a 6-month lease or $850 for month-to-month. Utilities included in rent. A three bedroom and two bathroom home in highly desirable northeast Clovis area. Easy access to Freeway 168. Great for medical students or traveling professionals. Clovis community, CHSU, and Kaiser are only one freeway exit and about 3 miles from the property. CHSU is about 2 miles away. Fresno State is about a 8-10 minute drive.

BEDROOM 1: AVAILABLE
Has a queen-sized mattress with a captain’s cabin bed that has storage spaces under the bed. Has a ceiling fan. Desk and chair are provided. Has a regular-sized closet.

BEDROOM 2: Has a brand new queen-sized mattress and platform bed frame. Has a ceiling fan. Desk and chair provided. Has a WALK-IN closet with tall dresser.

You will have shared access to kitchen, living room, and laundry room.

Initial payment prior to moving: *$825 refundable security deposit, *$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
