Bedroom furniture available if you want it with exception of pictured desk. Central air and heating. Storage and laundry in detached garage. Parking situation is street parking but there’s never a problem with availability and it’s free. Off 9th Street, convenient to interstate and 10 minutes from downtown St Pete.

I have 1 cat, very friendly with people, not so experienced with other animals, so I request that if you do have a pet you be willing to commit to a careful introduction process to minimize conflict. (There’s also an additional pet fee).
