McKenna's room

Hi! I am currently looking for a roommate for the second bedroom of my house located in Wyoming, MI close to Grandville. The home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch style. Washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement, room for storage in the basement if needed, 2 stall garage (one spot for you, one for me), small den with a slider that leads out to a deck and fenced in backyard. Only a 5 minute drive to Rivertown Crossings Mall and 10 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. Walk 5 minutes to get to Kent trails. Sorry, no pets as I already have a cat who prefers her space from other creatures. This would be a month to month lease starting September 1st (possibly earlier if needed) and I will have all the agreements written in a contract. Rent is due by the first of the month and we would split the utilities monthly (internet, gas, electric, trash). I can provide more details if needed, just ask!

Right now it’s just my cat, Daisy, and myself. I am very clean, organized and respectful. I work as a full time nanny everyday except I’m off some Thursdays. On the weekends I’m usually out and about but like to have a few friends over on occasion! I love a good lazy Sunday morning and then an afternoon reset to clean up the house for the week. If you’re super messy, we might not work… just being honest. Some of my hobbies: thrifting, crafting, painting, hiking, going on walks, traveling and cooking.
