Julianna's room

Beautiful ground level room located in Jessup Maryland. The tenant will have their own bathroom. This room is for a single occupant only . I am looking for a short term tenant for up to 2 months . If you are someone who cooks regularly , we will need to discuss splitting utilities as I do not cook daily. Otherwise utilities are included. The common area is shared. I will give a potential roommate space to do what they need to do in the common area and expect the same in return. If you need to be in the common area often , let’s discuss if this is a good fit based on your needs.

I am very laid back and mostly to myself. I’m an extroverted introvert and am very clean . I do not entertain much and would request the same in a roommate. I work from home . I would prefer a roommate who works full time out of the home . I’m not opposed to developing a friendship with a roommate, but it’s not a necessity.
