NOTE: Currently unsure as to what the security deposit is, as the apartment complex has not given me one as of yet. Utilities should be around $50 or maybe a bit more than that.

Off Campus housing that is less than 1 mile from GVSU. The apartment complex has a 24-hour gym, computer lab, on-site GVSU Rapid Bus stop, pet friendly dog park, private and group study areas, hot tub, and a pool. There is also an outdoor firepit and fireplace, cornhole court, free salon tanning, and a clubhouse & gameroom with pool and foosball tables. The apartment complex also has an onsite smoothie and tea shop, onsite restaurant called Hummus and Falafel, and an onsite vape store. The apartment complex also puts on weekly resident events throughout the year.

I currently have not moved into the apartment yet, as the move-in date is August 25. So I have not met any of the 3 other people who will be living the apartment.
