Shelby's room

I currently rent a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in a townhouse with 3 apartments total. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Delaware Ave (the main Trolley strip). There’s a mutual entrance door that’s securely locked then 3 individual apartments. There’s coin laundry in the basement shared between the 3 apartments, currently just us 4 girls ( 3 housemates). Parking is included in your lease at no additional cost, you would get set up instructions upon signing the lease. There is currently a queen size bed set up in the room that you could use if you wanted to save the hassle of moving one/ if you don’t have one! I bought it when I moved in so it’s barely used.

I moved into this apartment March of this year. I’ve decided to starting looking for a second roomie for costs and social purposes! Hoping to find someone chill and easygoing.
