Quiet neighborhood in Worcester MA. I’ve lived here my entire life so this is my home but I have had roommates since bills do get expensive. It’s more of an at-will type of place to live in and I don’t require a lease. I require payment via Venmo for the rent and then we split the Internet Bill. If you want cable, we can get it but I use Hulu, Netflix and all that. I have a bedroom available and also, an office available for my next roommate so if you work from home or are a student, you will have two spaces to call your own. I do have to clear out the office space but there is already a desk (no chair tho, sorry) and you can also use my printer. I will say that I do have a puppy so you just have to make sure your door is closed when you leave and trash is not around so I would prefer someone who is on the clean side. So if you know you are messy, please just do not offer to live here bc you won’t be happy with my puppy and I just won’t be happy with you lol There are two of us currently but we live completely separate lives. She works night shifts and I work during the day, sometimes from home. She has a cat.

I work full time for Toshiba Business and I have a cute little puppy named Sachi. She’s very sweet. I work from home often but I can also leave at a moments notice. My past roommates have said that I am barely home which is accurate since I do also have a lake house that I go to on the weekends. I redid my kitchen and my bathroom a few years ago so very modern open concept place. Everything is furnished but am open to giving up some of my furniture. I have another woman living with me as well. She has a cat. We do have tenants on the 2nd floor. They are an older married couple who are quiet.
