I am currently looking for a female roommate to occupy the Master Bedroom in a 2bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in a well-secured building in downtown white plains. The apartment is unfurnished, spacious, has a balcony with garden view, and has ample sunlight and ventilation. Perks: The building is at a 5mins short walk to the city center mall - ShopRite, target, Burlington, Nordstrom, theatre, restaurants etc. 3 mins bus ride to Regeneron shuttle stop. 4 mins walk to the bus stop with buses going to Regeneron, IBM, Indian store etc. 3 mins drive and 8 mins short walk to Pace University. 15 mins walk to White Plains Metro Station. proof of income is required for rental application New lease begins - 1st October, 2022 (Flexible move in). Rent price includes heat, gas and water. I have to verify the deposit details once again with the management. But this is the tentative amount with the new rent price for the year.
