Joan's room

We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home in Rio Rancho, NM. Our home is warm and inviting, and you will have kitchen and laundry privledges. . We live in a closed loop in Rio Rancho and have no outside traffic. Your room can come empty so that you can put your own personal flare on the room, or we can furnish it to give you a quick start without worry. We also have an available 3rd bedroom that we may choose to rent out in the future as well. We will need potential roomies to pay for an ID and background check My husband and I owned a thrift shop and have too much furniture! LOL

My husband Jeff and I share our warm home with our 5 dogs that we have rescued! They are all loving and trained, which includes my sweet Serenity who is my disability support dog. My husband Jeff works full time at a local grocery store, but I am disabled and home most days. I would love the occassional company, however I would be very aware of your personal space and time. I love to cook and make wonderful meals for my family! If you wanted to share our dinner table a small adjustment would be made to your rent.
