Room for rent in a luxury 4 bedroom 3 bath house with full finished basement, fenced yard, pool, hot tub inside a screened in gazebo, and 3 car garage. House is fully remodeled, gorgeous, and the neighborhood is spectacular. Walking distance to lifetime fitness and many restaurants, stores, and shopping.

The subdivision itself is quiet and family oriented. Although we sit on a half acre surrounded by mature trees for privacy and nature, the neighborhood itself has sidewalks and is very friendly.

I live with my two wonderful daughters who are 11 and 9, our pug Sammy and the girls each have a pet a kitten (ragdoll) and a hamster.

I am ok with certain pets. Students ok, drug and alcohol problem users not ok with. Background check will be required. Room has tv with streaming services and you will have a fully remodeled bathroom with rain shower that you and my daughters will share. There is also a garage spot for your car.

I will not be entertaining any folks with mental health issues and will not allow other visitors in the house unless mutually agreed upon.
