3 bdrm 2 bath 1500 sq ft home with wood floors. I don’t smoke and if you do please smoke outside or in the garage. There is currently a bed and dressers in the room but if you would like to bring your own that can be accommodated. The room available has it’s own bathroom attached without external access. The main bathroom is separate. You will additionally have your own spacious living room space separate from the other living room.

There are currently no other roommates at this time. The other bedroom has been converted into an office. I’m laid back and not loud. I just ask that you please pick up after yourself and clean any messes that are made. This includes rinsing your dishes so there isn’t any bug temptations. I don’t want to attract any pests if possible. So far so good.
