Brenna's room

Unfurnished room in a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The rest of the apartment is furnished and located closed to the hospital and downtown Newport (short walking distance to everything).

1,500 square feet and open floor plan with spacious living and dining room area. Utilities are not included but will be split with me (internet, electric, water); trash and yard work (snow removal) are included in rent. Generous closet space and street parking (but not hard to find a spot).

Per landlord requirements: no smoking.

I’m a young professional working at the Naval Base (civilian) and pretty mellow. I like to keep active, trying new foods, and exploring new areas. I’m pretty tidy and quiet but like to have fun!
