Augusta Drive

The room is approximately 11x10 with two closets and one large window. It will be furnished with a queen bed and small desk. The restroom is right outside the room and has a shower/tub combo. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are downstairs, and the kitchen leads to the 1-car garage (garage parking included with the room), which is where the washer/dryer are located. The townhouse has a small outdoor patio and plenty of guest parking in the community. It’s walking distance from H‑E‑B, the YMCA, and many restaurants! The water bill will be included in the rent, but electricity and WiFi will be split among the 2 roommates.

I’m the home owner, and the roommate living in the master bedroom is a professional 33 year old male. The three of us would meet to make sure it’s a good fit for all parties involved.
