Looking to rent furnished bedroom in my home to a Cleveland State University study, female. Main full bath is shared and there is a half bath upstairs. Access to use kitchen and laundry in the basement. Another spare bedroom upstairs can be used to chill out or do art. Ok to have 1 or 2 friends over to visit, no males allowed, no overnight guests or boyfriends allowed. Home is airconditioned. I do have a cat. My home is located about 1 mile from the RTA park and ride that goes to CSU. Bay Village is a great community ! Close to the lake and parks, shopping etc. Once a renter is agreed on I will provide bed, desk and TV for room. I am looking to rent room out for school year only.

I work from home all week and occasionally on Saturdays. It’s just myself in my home. I have a cat. I go to the gym usually after work and do things with friends on the weekends.
