House is located blocks away from the Santee Lakes, 5 min drive to the Santee shopping center, 10 min drive to Grossmont College, less than 15min to SDSU & Grossmont Hospital, 20min to downtown & 20min to the beach! Mission Trails Regional Park is also located just across the freeway with access to many hiking trails.
