Still looking for a roommate for my 2b2b at 10X Living at Grandview - my primary lead had to back out last minute! Would love another female roommate, but I also grew up with a brother so if you’re a guy we can talk! $1045 a month plus utilities, and ready for move in as soon as you’re cleared by property management. (You will be added fully to the lease - this is not a sublease!)

Unit is just off 2222 and 360 - about five minutes from Pennybacker Bridge at Lake Austin, and fifteen from the Domain. Easy commute to Apple, AMD, Indeed (you could walk there!), etc.

Huge 1486 sqft unit with no shared bedroom walls (including with other units) and no upstairs units/neighbors. I’ve furnished/stocked the common areas, so you only need to worry about your bedroom. Washer/dryer are included in the unit. High ceilings, walk-in closet, and a frankly ridiculous sunset view over the hills from the balcony and windows.

Although it’s a third-floor unit, dogs are welcome! I do have allergies so only small and/or non-shedding friends, please, and sadly I cannot do cats at all. I do not smoke and would ask that you not either.

I currently live here and will be your roommate! I’m a high-functioning introvert who would love to be a friend, but also both appreciate my own quiet space and am super cool with respecting yours. Did the whole “tiptoe around each other being as quiet as possible in the kitchen” thing in college and not interested in doing that again lol. I work 8-5 in an office so I’ll be gone during the day. I enjoy video and board games, creative writing, volunteering, and also just hanging around with people trying new things.
