I live in the heart of Kirkland waterfront in a small bottom floor apartment complex. It is steps away from public beaches and restaurants etc. Your room and the uniit is decorated fully, has a closet and dressers for storage and includes a fold up desk for use. I will reside in one bedroom and a second furnished bedroom is available for your stay. I am looking for a mature professional non smoker.

I will be gone weekdays and hope to find someone easygoing to share the space following all rules for the complex. I am age 45 . All applicants will be subject to a credit and background check.
