This is a beautiful furnished room in a furnished house - just waiting to be utilized. I am a teacher and work a lot. It’s a quiet, respectable home, that just needs occupancy. Everything you could ever need - I have already. There’s a baby grand piano, flat screen tv, fireplace, tons of storage space, fully stocked kitchen, etc. basically this is set up as an Airbnb. Utilities are split between all roommates.
