Room in a big house available, $690 ($650 if you are willing to participate in a basic house cleaning once per month). Split utilities. Unfurnished. Shared bathroom. New carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. The house is located right by the Killingsworth MAX and PCC. There’s a park across the street.

This is a 3 bedroom house. We rent 2 rooms. One room is available now. The other room is occupied by Micaela, an acupuncture student who just moved to Portland.

We welcome all genders, sexual orientations and identities. We are a sex positive household. We are looking for someone friendly, not neccessarily for a best friend. We just want someone who’ll be courteous and kind and love living here. No pets. No couples. No cigarette smoking. Cannabis friendly.

I’m Jeffrey. I own my business selling art. I like to think of the house as tidy. I’m not a neatnick but things should be put away most of the time.

My husband, Eddy, and I share a big bedroom. They work in an herbal medicinary, and study languages and computer programming.

We’re all friendly but pretty much keep to ourselves.

We’d like a roommate who is respectful and tidy. Body positive. Queer friendly. Mellow. Doesn’t use illegal drugs. We are all vaccinated against covid-19, and it’s important to us that you are too. You should also be willing to wear a mask in the house if you are sick and/or we all decide we need to during surges and the like.
