I am looking for a responsible, motivated, full time employed adult (Male or Female), to rent one bedroom. The bedroom is a standard room 15x13 FT with a large closet and access to shared bathrooms. Rent provides access to entire house including two living rooms, finished basement entertainment zone, pool, patio, hot tub.

***Must show proof of full time employment, and pass background inspection. Financial requirements required. Rent includes all utilities and cable. Hot water, electric, gas, heat and central air are included in your rent payment. You only have to make one payment per month, on time.

Renter will enjoy the luxury of a nicely furnished house will all of the amenities.
