It is situated on the lower level of a 2-story home, and includes a good-sized private bedroom with a closet space and a nice private bathroom as well. The unit also includes an unconventional utility kitchen with a new refrigerator, new Toaster Oven, microwave, cabinets, and two kitchen carts (no oven range). Besides the shared laundry room with the owner, this space is entirely private!
The living room/dining room space is partially furnished with a nice drop leaf dining room table, dining room chairs, and a great Euro Lounger for your comfort and to get you started!
A new heating and cooling system was recently installed by the owner in February 2021 for this home. It is a clean and modern space with newer carpet.
Private access to this unit is through the basement laundry room. A well-lit path with pavers leads down to your private entrance. The owner enters through a separate entrance and lives in the upstairs/main level portion of the home.

The security deposit is equivalent to one monthβs rent payment. The application fee is $40. The first monthβs rent and utilities payment plus the Security Deposit is due prior to move-in.
About the roomies
Iβm single, in my 30βs, and fully vaccinated. I will be living on the main floor of the home. I will generally be working outside the house from 7:30-5:00 PM on Monday-Friday. I am respectful, friendly, down-to-earth, and easygoing, and I live a quiet and peaceful life. I am fairly introverted and mostly keep to myself at home.
What Iβm looking for: This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, non-drug home. Also, no pets. It would be great to have 1 person rent the unit who lives quietly, s/he is a good communicator, and s/he is responsible and respectful.
