The first 2 months are paid for and they are college apartments so there will be free college festivities. The area and the people are very friendly and it is gated. They have high speed internet and 50“ tv included. They are fully furnished, pet friendly, Full-Sized Kitchen with Dishwasher, Built-in Microwave and Refrigerators with Icemakers, and Full-Sized Washer and Dryer. Some amenities are 2 large pools, 2 volleyball courts, basketball court, a private lake that you can fish, and a 24-Hour Professional On-Site Management and Maintenance. They also have a shuttle Service to the Texas Tech Campus, gym fitness center and a library.

You will be living with one female roommate. She is very friendly, nice, understanding, organized, creative, and fun to live with. She is also reliable and pays her rent on time and very easy to live with.
