Seren's room

We are offering a single room for rent and one parking spot. Utility’s will be included. We live in a beautiful home inside a quiet peaceful subdivision with a great view minutes from everything. I’m ox me for more details.

We do not smoke therefore this is a non smoking environment. We do not party so this is not a party friendly environment. We spend most of our time at home cooking and with our daughter. We are very clean and will not tolerate filth or extreme messiness. We are looking for a mature individual who is quiet and lgbtq friendly. We have one very small dog. We will not allow any other pets .
