Just off Exit 7 of Route 3 in Nashua. Hardwood floors. Large backyard. Separate parking space. The home is no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, and you must be also. No pets now or wanted.

There are three bedroom (including one in the basement) but I only want two occupied-one by me and one rented. I am willing to give up which ever you prefer to occupy. I am a professional. I don’t cook much but eat at home every night. I try to do maintenance myself so I am working around the house often.
