I am a 21 year old Female grad-student seeking a female, working-professional roommate to join me and my current roommate on the lease of a house at the end of August. This is an LGBT friendly, non-smoking household. The house has 3 private bedrooms (2 are available for rent) and 1.5 shared bathrooms. The house includes a washing machine and dryer, dish washer, a fully furnished kitchen and living room, high speed wifi, a side yard, and a front lawn that is maintained by the landlord. The available bedroom has a queen sized bedframe, but this can be removed if necessary. My roommate has a house cat. There are two parking spaces located at the rear of the house, as well as street parking. The house is conveniently located near freeway access, and it will be within walking distance of the new train stop that is being constructed nearby.

Rent is $660 per person. Utilities are split evenly between the three tenants, and they usual total $50-$100 per person. Each person is required to pay a security deposit of $2000 up front, which includes first-month’s-last-month’s rent. The lease is a one year (12 month) commitment, ready to be signed on August 31st.

I am a working professional finishing my masters in education. I am clean, quiet, and I generally keep to myself. I rarely have people over other than my partner, who sometimes spends the night. My current roommate is female and also works full time. We are looking for another roommate, preferably female, to move into the third bedroom and join us on the lease. We are seeking someone accountable, mature, and courteous who prioritizes communication. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we are hoping to find someone who keeps communal spaces relatively neat, and helps us with routine household chores like taking out garbage, washing dished, etc. Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the premises.
