Have two rooms available for rent with current roomate occupying current bedroom in 3 bedroom home on 2 acre lot. 1 master bedroom with bathroom, 2 huge closets and access to deck available (650/month) and 1 smaller bedroom available (400/month) Shared large kitchen and dining room along with living room. 4 car enclosed garage. Split monthly utilities. It’s about a 30 min drive from Albuquerque.

As of right now it will just be myself and my wife since my sister and other roommate are moving out. We are all college students and pretty busy so we aren’t at home most of the time.
