I am a professional female that owns the property and that works outside the home with 50/50 custody with two respectful boys (we are experienced with hosting short term stays and have had previous roommates stay with us in this room. Kids are with their friends and dad much of the time when not in school) and 9yr old medium size dog. We live in the three rooms upstairs with a private living area on second level. The home is a 4br/ 3.5ba with a large open gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, 6 burner gas range, two ovens, microwave and dishwasher.

Availability Available: furnished 3 and 6 month term option or 12 month option with your choice of furnished or unfurnished

Costs Rent: $850 (first of the month)

Deposit $850 (due with first month’s rent prior to move in)

Utilities included: Yes (sewer, trash, electric, gas, high speed internet, pest control)

Fees apply: Yes $50 background/credit check References: current employer, personal, and former landlord required

There is some availability of some additional storage that is negotiable. The private bedroom being offered on the lower level is furnished with a full size bed and new mattress that has has protective cover on it. It has it’s own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and tile floors. The room is the only bedroom on the ground floor and no structure built above it with a semi-private entrance off of the kitchen/mudroom through side garage door. Additionally, the home is a short walking distance to the assigned elementary and middle school (teacher friendly). We live in a very safe, quiet, yet very accessible neighborhood. This is a very high quality and peaceful area and a lovely community to live in within a short distance of greenway, trail, shopping, restaurants, and highway access.

Drive times: 15 minutes to Apex and Cary, 25 minutes to downtown Raleigh, 35-40 to Durham, 40 to Chapel Hill. Hospitals: 17 min Wake Med Cary, 25 min UNC Rex, 34 min to Wake Med, 35 min to Duke University Hospital, 45 minutes to UNC Medical Center.

It is just me and my boys who are in school on weekdays and with their dad 50% of the time and every other weekend, usually.
