Looking for a place to live in Phoenix (Biltmore Estates area)? I’m looking for a roommate! For those of you that don’t know, Biltmore Estates is an area near tons of restauraunts, bars, shopping, and corporate offices, and is within 15min from both Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. The condo is 1200 sqft, just had brand new floors, high performance carpet, and paint done, and it will be fully furnished (other than your bedroom). Rent will be $1025, excluding electric and wifi. You will also be responsible for half of the monthly fee for cleaning people. Electric ranges between $75-$225 total depending on the season, the total monthly cleaning is $220 per month, and wifi is $60 total. So the total additional fees on top the rent are between will be between 175 and 250. The bedroom is large and comes with a large walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom. The complex is gated and has a pool, hot tub, fire pit area, grilling area, and gym. Message me if interested!
