The house is in a small neighborhood more towards Keene, Texas. There is a big backyard and the town is cute with a Boba shop, a Coffee shop, some restaurants/fast food and stores. About twenty to thirty minutes away from larger city Cleburne and about 10 to 15 minutes away from i35. 35 min away from Fort Worth and Mansfield. Very quiet neighborhood, very safe. Nearby park and a pond for exercise and walking. NO SMOKING/DRINKING/DRUGS allowed on the property out of respect for other roommates, you will be evicted if we smell anything 100%.
