About: 2 bedrooms for rent in my 3 bedroom condo. Fountain city area in a quiet residential. Close to LMU Tower, Knoxville and UT, Target, restaurants and more. Shared full bathroom with other roommate. Shared use of kitchen, common areas and washer/dryer. Hardwood floors, granite countertops and screened in porch.
Prefer a grad student or young professional. I am young adult with a full time job and school full time. Absolutely no drugs, smoking of any kind, parties or pets.
Rent:$900 per month plus shared utilities between three people.
References and security deposit required. Move in date in September. Unable to show in person till end of month due to closing date. Do have pictures I can send.
