I am looking for two renters to rent the downstairs area. You will each have your own bedroom and share a bathroom. There is also a living room downstairs that will be shared amongst you. I am a 44 year old Christian male. I do not drink or smoke. I work in Frederick, Md. I have a 6 year old son that will be with me 2-3 days a week.
