I have 2 options: Shared bathroom $700-$750 Private bathroom at $750- $800 The house is as new and nice as you see in the picture. I want a true neat roommate that wants a neat, clean, safe, and a quite fun home.

This home is clean, it is important that you are neat, no one is going to ask you to cleanup.
You need to be responsible and neat to live here.

Cooking utensils are provided. You will get private cabinet space if you need them. The carpets are shampooed two to three times a month.

• I have a very light easy to use carpet cleaner, meaning that you: Must Shampoo your room’s carpet at least twice a month - everything is provided.
• You Must vacuum your room at least once a week.

$700 includes the Room, Water, Electric, Fast internet, Netflix, Amazon TV/Movies, Gyms are available and included. Also available is a large river-swimming pool access. total charges $700 per month.

If you are a social bird, I enjoy talking when the schedule permits.

Cooking in the kitchen is allowed, but you must wipe down with soap and water after use.

There is a community gym, and a large river-pool you will get a key access to.

Finally, I have two medium size doberman, they are not allowed to roam the house, they have a private section and will be your best friends if you play with them. Also, you can also choose to not interact with them.

I have a nice home and I would prefer someone that can take care of their part of the house, I also prefer a mature roommate. Please only serious people: (NO DRUGS IN THIS HOME, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY / NO STRANGE, FUMES OR INCENSE, also NO STRANGE CHARACTERS, SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT).

I am easy going, laid back, and I teach information technology courses. My field of work is IT and contracting. I play soccer, cook and binge movies when I feel like.
