I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished condo in Kissimmee/South Orlando and looking for a roommate. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. The unit has full kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo is in a very quiet and respectable community. You would have an off street assigned parking space. The rent includes all utilities including ultra high speed wifi internet.

There are cats in home so no additional pets allowed. No overnight guests. No drugs including “420”. Prefer someone with “normal hours; not coming and going at all hours. I am a gay male and prefer a gay male.

This is for one person only. No couples or families.

I can do weekly or monthly rental. Weekly $175/wk plus $300 deposit with a two week minimum or Monthly $500/mo and $500 deposit. Monthly will be on a month-to-month lease.

I am a very quiet and “reserved” GWM, 58 years old and tend to work a lot of hours. When I’m not working, I spend my time at home relaxing, watching TV, etc.
