The house is 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and is in a great location with a huge front yard. It is walking distance to the Santa Barbara Bowl and is only one block away from Bossie’s Kitchen and Dave’s Dogs on Milpas Street. Rent includes ALL utilities.

The master bedroom (11.1 x 11.3 ft) has a walk-in closet (6.6 x 4.2 ft). We will be sharing a bathroom.
