Shared hallway bathroom with one other clean & quiet smoking man (WM, 62), PLUS one assigned covered parking space for YOU, at a 3 BR condo located right off Madison Ave. & I-80 in Sacramento County. Monthly rent is $750/flat rate and includes all utilities + wireless internet. Move in cost $750/month plus $750 security deposit. Laid back and quiet adult male household; not a party house. Manager (WM, 65) is in the separate Master Bedroom/Bathroom. OK to have a friend (male or female) spend the night INSIDE the rented bedroom provided it’s not a permanent thing, but all visitors must leave the premises whenever you do. No kids or pets AND no indoor smoking, but okay to smoke or vape outside. All street shoes off inside the front door to keep floors cleaner.
