Room 1 $600: 14’x11’ has an exit to the back yard and a small patio, no closet. Deposit 600

Room 2 $500: 11x11 room has a closet and a window facing the back yard. Deposit 500

If you decide to rent both rooms at the same time I’ll discount the monthly rent by $250 and rent both for $850 with a $600 deposit.

PETS: Well behaved and trained pets are also allowed. No breed restrictions. Must get along with my dog. She adores other dogs and is friendly but shy with cats. Proof of vaccinations is required.

About my dog, she is indoor and stays in my room. She listens to commands very well and tends to be very friendly and submissive to other dogs. She absolutely is all about people. As for cats, she is kitty friendly and up until recenlty has always lived with them. Though she has no interest in them she does not mind their presence or attempts to play with her. She is not vocal unless a stanger approaches the house or she’s playing.

The house was built in the 1950’s and sits on 1/3 acre of land. The front yard is fenced in with a 3’ fence, has a gorgeous Oak tree that shades the entire front and most of the house. The back yard is fenced in with a coupe storage sheds and is wide open with a couple mid sized trees. There is on site washer and dryer. One shared bathroom with a tub and shower. The bathroom is very spacious. House is located within a 4-5 min walk of 3 bus lines, HEB, CVS, a large park and rec center, and within 5 minutes of several freeways entrances.

I do live on site In a third bed room. I spend most of my time in there with my pup just relaxing. I am a lesbian who is in my early 30’s, is easy going, enjoy low key activities, and spending time with my family. By trade I am an electrician but I have a passion for fine wood working. I do not smoke in any firm, however I am 420 friendly as long as it’s not done in the house
