The bedroom is a good size. You would have the master, with its own connected bathroom.
Trash and water included. We will split the gas, electric, and internet.
Lots of open space and places for storage. Open floor plan with hardwood floors. Granite countertops in the kitchen. There is also an open loft on the second level. Street parking.

About the roomies
Just moved to Atlanta from out west for a new job. I will have some crazy work hours (big 4 accountant). I will work from home 2-3 times a week.
I enjoy sports (playing and watching) traveling, the stock market, video games, bar hopping, and many other things. I do drink socially.
I will have people over time to time to watch sports , pregame, or come over for fun events. I will communicate this in advance.
