Jaiden's room

The house is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex. Furniture pictured is not included. In unit washer and dryer. Utilities range $80-$120 per person depending on the month. The house has a lot of storage space. Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared. We are within walking distance of Perry street on the south hill and multiple coffee shops/cafes and parks! No pets is preferred.

There are 3 of us - all under the age of 30, two of us have graduated recently from Eastern and one of us is finishing up a Master’s program at Gonzaga. Cleanliness and respect for the space is a requirement. We are all pretty quiet artsy people. House is LGBT+ friendly!
