Move in date anytime end of Jan 1 2024, roommate is moving to Norfolk end of November for his job with General Dynamics, he’s a Engineer and a professional and I am looking for a similar type of roommate. Showings of the Apartment are welcome. Can view anytime after 4pm.

You can choose either room, the room that has access to their own bath, which I am currently staying or my roommates room.

Looking for a responsible individual please, no issues. Sorta new to the area myself.

It’s located right outside of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. The blue blip on the third picture. Which is where I work as a chef. Also about a mile away from W&M University. It is located first floor so easy in, easy out. Diverse group of residents, no sketchy people, just normal people keeping it forward about their lives. Quiet at night and weekends. I tend to have really good food in the fridge, so that’s a plus if you enjoy eating and don’t really have to cook. You can take to work!

What’s included is, you’ll have your full size bedroom and your own private Bath in the hallway. New carpet was put in. The room only has a full size bed, no covers nor sheets, no boxspring, you can do what you like. It’s very clean place. I have/use bleach/water in spray bottle and in a pot with a rag to disinfect kitchen and bathroom, keeps bugs and bacteria from proliferating while keeping bathroom looking clean.

I recommend purchasing a new doorknob lock with a key. I respect everyones privacy. I can install it, if you can’t or don’t want to. I don’t have valuables so I don’t care for a lock on my end, depends.

The bedroom of my current roommate that is available is more spacious than the one I am currently in, with additionally a bigger closet and another mirror glass closet. You will also have your own bathroom in the hallway.

My room is also available, if you want your own bath in your own room.

I am rarely home, only at night. My work schedule typically goes 7am-3pm at the moment. I do overtime on a weekly basis, we have 7 Taverns and every hotel/inn here at the CWF has a at least 2 restaurants and Banquet service.

We are the main event in town all year long.

The monthly rent is priced competitively, electricity and Internet and renters insurance.

Born and raised in Alexandria, Va. Studied clinical researcher at George Washington University with aspirations of then going to John Hopkins in mastering this industry, however I left school behind in 2019 with 90 credits and ended up in hospitality business as a chef with other goals and aspirations (programming/ IT) in mind. Family brought me here, they had a restaurant; now sold to new owner. Family retired back to Thailand and decided to stay in the area.

I lived in Georgia, North Dakota, Minnesota, Hawaii, spent time in Southern Cal, St Louis Mizzo, and of course District of Columbia so I’ve been around with serious different personalities and cultural background. Nothing surprises me.

Good natured individual, I don’t smoke and preferably a roommate that doesn’t as well (vape?ok). Relatively quiet and just focusing on my personal growth and career goals as I am new to the area myself. Looking for someone with the similar outlook. I don’t do bars. No parties and shit, waste of time. I don’t care if anyone drinks, just an responsible adult I suppose.

Additionally, there is a laundry within the property that accepts credit card. However, I usually travel a bit further to do my own laundry that has commercial wash and dry. Feel free to ask any questions.
