Pierce Street Northeast

A private room in a luxury apartment complex in NoMa, has two rooftop pools, two gyms, and lots of work from home spaces. The room will have its own bathroom (though technically this would be the bathroom guests used too). The room comes with two closets, but is an indoor room so does not come with a traditional window, though it has a “window” that is a glass portion of the wall that allows natural light in from the kitchen (and can be covered).

It’ll be just me as the other person living there! I’m a young professional, new to D.C. and looking for a roommate who is open to being friends and exploring the city together. I have one female cat, who my roommate would obviously need to be okay with.
