My father and I are roommates. I am helping my father rent his 1 furnished room. There are 2 dressers, a wood desk, closet and a full size bed in the room. We have no problem moving extra dresser or desk if you would rather have more space. Shared bathroom with me. Full access to common areas of upstairs and private backyard. Laundry access is in the basement. We have a privacy fence in the back and a nice size backyard. All utilities, internet and cable included. $500 due the 1st each month…$750 total the first month with deposit included.

My dad is in his sixties and I am 40. The landlord lives in the finished basement we have, while I stay upstairs. Clean, private, quiet. There is street parking available in front of the home. Would need any smokers to smoke outdoors please. I am preparing to move out in the near future, so we need a replacement renter. $250 deposit required. No overnight guests allowed please. We would prefer a male roommate that is at least 30 years old and above. No pets are in the home.
