Ariella's room

Available October 1. We will be conducting interviews and showing the apartment the week of August 28. The complex is right next to the Galleria and the Fountains. 3 bedroom X 2 bath Apartment. The room is approximately 12x12. This room has a private bathroom with lots of storage and a walk in closet. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Utilities are typically $100-$150 per person.

There will be no pets in the apartment at the time of availability. If you would like to have a pet it first must be approved by the roommates, second the leasing office. The leasing office requires a $40/month pet rent and a $500 pet deposit.

One roommate works from home, the other works in the local area. Cleanliness is important.
