Hi, I have one opening in a spacious (2,000 square feet) furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Ravenna area near NE 75th street and 20th Ave NE that rents for $700/month per room including utilities, TV and wireless internet. Move in cost first and last month’s rent including utilities and $50 nonrefundable fee. (Total $1450) This is a great area close to the UW but far enough that you don’t have trouble parking or with noise. There is easy access to shopping, entertainment, buses, light rail and places of interest. It has a dishwasher, the usual kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer.

You would be sharing it with 2 easygoing, males, one an Alaskan fisherman and me, an active retired IT Consultant. No smokers, alcoholics, drugs or pets are permitted and no overnight guests.
