Townhouse. You will be given your own unfurnished bedroom. Bathrooms are shared, but there are 1.5 available. Common areas include a living room, kitchen, and unfinished basement. Laundry is available in-unit and is in the basement. Utility bills will be split 50/50 on top of rent.

The unit is a 15-minute walk from the Walpole train station and a 10-minute walk from the local pool and library. Downtown Walpole is easily within walking or biking distance.

Pets include two fish tanks that I will be caring for. I’d like to get a cat, but that can be negotiated.

I’m a 28-year-old educator looking for someone to share this townhouse with. I enjoy video games, podcasts, creating digital art, and chatting with people over Discord.

Socially, I’m either very quiet or quite talkative, depending on my mood or the situation. I’m fairly introverted, but do enjoy the company of others.

Honesty and openness are two of my major requirements, and I am open to talking out any issues. I work school hours and have weekends off, but I’ll likely be keeping to myself a lot of the time.

I value peace and quiet and do not host parties or gatherings at home at all. Furthermore, I do not permit smoking or illegal drugs, but edible cannabis can be negotiated.
