I’m 52 years old I work 40 hours a week during the day hours. I’m clean and quiet. I have a German Shepherd who stays outside most of the time. He is very sweet but a bit skittish because he has been abused. I don’t have a lot of people over, I’m 420 friendly but I don’t like heavy partiers. The room does not come with a bed just completely unfurnished, it will be freshly painted before your arrival. I prefer a female. I am very respectful and honest. The rent includes all utilities DirecTV and internet. Etc.
