Share the apt with a retired male tech writer, photographer, and musician in my seventies. I have a disability that requires me to use a wheelchair or walker to get around and I sleep on the couch in the living room. A roomie has to be able to work around that. This rental is worth around $1,500 by what we are seeing in the market today. The inflation that has just hit us is outrageous I know. I am discounting this space for a Claremont College student with a student ID. I lease by the semester.
