Cute lil place between West Palm and Stuart. Great local coffee shop, diner, beaches, gyms, and library. Good phone service. Big walk in closet, soft water out of the shower, tv you can cast your phone to and watch whatever. Full size bed pulls out of sofa. I’m working or sleeping all the time so it’s like the place is yours.

Current electric bills are about 80, so up to 150 is free, just don’t be trying to run an entire Bitcoin mining farm off my dime and we’re good.

Not 5 star, but if you’re looking to save money and get ahead, you’ll have a hard time doing better.

I’m really sensitive to the green stuff these days, physiologically, and since i don’t feel like putting holes in my walls using my forehead, I’m gonna have to be 420 unfriendly indoors.

That’s pretty much it. I’m willing to work with you on expectations and such, I’m pretty flexible. We can work out conditions in a meeting and write it all in contract afterwards.
